There is no fixed minimum order. We can make three distinctive competition trophies, a small gift collection or hundreds of products. The right approach depends on the material, dimensions and complexity of the personalisation. For a new product or white-label partnership, we can start with a single prototype.

Yes. For a new product, we recommend making and approving a working prototype or sample first. You can check the dimensions, materials, finish and manufacturing process before the production run begins.

Send a short description of the purpose, approximate dimensions and quantity, along with a photograph, sketch, drawing or 3D model. If you don’t have technical documentation yet, we can develop the brief together.

We mainly work with timber, epoxy resin and metal. Depending on the brief, we combine CNC routing, laser engraving, 3D printing, welding, sanding, surface finishing and assembly.

Yes. Once you approve the sample, we retain the agreed dimensions, materials and production process to keep subsequent pieces consistent. We can make a one-off small run or arrange regular orders.

Your studio or brand supplies the design, reference or technical files. We assess how it can be made, prepare a prototype and manufacture the agreed run once you approve it. Branding, packaging, documentation, confidentiality and delivery arrangements are agreed around the product and its intended market.

Yes. We can incorporate your logo, lettering, engraving, brand colours, numbering, inscriptions and other visual identity details. Gift or presentation packaging can also be arranged.

Yes. We pack pieces securely and arrange delivery to clients in the European Union and Switzerland. Large items, installation and projects outside Europe are assessed individually, taking size, cost and logistics into account.

The price depends on materials, dimensions, quantity, technical complexity, finishing, assembly and timing. Once we have reviewed your brief and files, we prepare a clear, tailored quotation.

Yes. For confidential projects, we agree appropriate protection for your files and can sign an NDA. After prototype approval, we retain the production specifications, plan capacity and arrange repeat orders or regular deliveries.

Ahoj Epoxy is a Bratislava workshop specialising in bespoke timber, epoxy resin and metal pieces. We make one-offs, prototypes and small runs for businesses, event agencies, designers, architects and interior studios, as well as handling repeat production orders.

Bespoke corporate gifts and awards

We make personalised corporate gifts, anniversary keepsakes, plaques, trophies, cups, clocks, nameplates, signs and presentation pieces. Logos, inscriptions, numbering and brand graphics can be incorporated through laser engraving, CNC machining, printing or a combination of materials.

White-label and contract manufacturing

For design brands and studios, we offer prototyping, manufacture from drawings or 3D models, small production runs and repeat orders without Ahoj Epoxy branding. By agreement, we handle the finished product, quality checks, unbranded or branded packaging and dispatch.

Timber, resin and metal, with the right processes

Depending on the brief, we combine solid-timber craftsmanship, epoxy resin, metal components, CNC routing, laser engraving, 3D printing, sanding and surface finishing. A sample or working prototype can be prepared before production.
