2. Data we process
We process only the data needed to communicate with you, develop a proposal and operate the website securely:
- your name, phone number, email address or other contact details you provide;
- your message, configurator selections, dimensions, timing and budget;
- photographs, sketches, artwork and other files you choose to upload;
- technical information, particularly your IP address, submission time, page address and basic browser details.
Please do not include sensitive personal data in forms or attachments, or information we do not need to assess your project.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
Enquiries, estimates and quotations
We use your data to respond, discuss the brief, provide an indicative estimate and prepare an individual quotation. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Compliance with legal obligations
If you place an order, we process the relevant records under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR to the extent required by accounting, tax and other legislation.
Security and legal claims
We may process technical logs and necessary correspondence on the basis of legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, particularly to protect the website, prevent misuse and establish legal claims.
4. Who may receive your data
Hosting, IT support and communications providers may process data where necessary. Form enquiries are delivered to authorised workshop personnel through the Telegram Bot API.
Telegram's provider terms allow data to be processed outside the European Economic Area. Please therefore do not send sensitive data through the form, and include only attachments needed for the project. We do not sell your data or provide it for other organisations' marketing.
5. How long we keep your data
- enquiries and configurations: normally no more than 24 months after the last correspondence, unless an order or legal claim arises;
- contractual, accounting and tax records: for the periods required by law;
- technical security logs: normally no more than 30 days, or longer only when investigating an incident.
Once the relevant period ends, we delete or anonymise the data.
6. Cookies and local storage
With your permission, we use Google Analytics (G-G1QY11VJZ8) to measure visits and improve this website. Analytics only loads once you allow it in Privacy settings; advertising tracking is disabled. You can change your choice at any time using the Privacy settings button. We do not send contact form details to Analytics. Technical storage also remembers your theme, language and consent choice (for up to 180 days). Google may process data outside the EEA; see Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website. If we introduce analytics or marketing tools in future, we will update this page and obtain any required consent before using them.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Send your request to ahojepoxy@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
8. Security, automation and updates
We use appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect personal data. The configurator's indicative estimate is for information only; we do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you.
We may update this document when our services or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page with its last updated date.
