A budget helps us choose the right gift
An approximate budget per piece or for the whole commission is useful. It helps us propose suitable materials and a realistic level of detail before developing a design outside your expectations.
Keep names in one clear list
One row per person, correct spelling and accents, and clear variant assignments reduce mix-ups. We finalise the list before production. Later changes need checking to see whether they can still be accommodated.
Allow time for preparation, too
Lead time covers more than making the final piece. Design, artwork checks, any sample and finishing the collection all take time. Include your event date in the first enquiry so we can confirm availability.

Good to know before you enquire
Do I have to order dozens of pieces?
No. We consider one-off gifts, small sets of awards and larger runs. Preparation and quantity both affect the price.
Can each piece have a different name?
Yes. We can personalise pieces from an approved list. We need to know the variations before preparing the quotation.
Can we have a sample before the production run?
A prototype or sample can be agreed depending on the product. It is not automatically included free of charge with every order.
Can I order a personal gift?
Absolutely. A gift can be made for just one person. Tell us about the occasion and what you have in mind.
Can we place repeat orders?
Repeat orders can use the approved design. Material availability, price and lead time are confirmed for each new order.
