A little planning goes a long way
Try the size on your wall first
A paper cut-out at the proposed size quickly shows whether the clock fits above a sideboard or between pictures. View it from where you usually sit, not just close up.
Good looks need clear reading
Dark hands can disappear against dark timber. We therefore choose the markings alongside the background. More decorative detail does not always improve a design, particularly on a smaller dial.
Positioning and care
An indoor piece needs a suitable setting. Consider direct sunlight, nearby heat sources and humidity when choosing its position. We explain cleaning and movement care for the selected design.

Does the clock have to be round?
We can develop the shape around your idea and the material, then assess the construction for that particular design.
Can you add a name or logo?
Personalisation can be part of the composition. We agree its size and position before production.
Is the movement quiet?
That depends on the movement selected. If quiet operation matters to you, mention it in your enquiry and we will check the options.
Are hanging hardware and power included?
We specify what is supplied, how it hangs and any power requirements for the individual clock.
Will two clocks be identical?
A collection can share a design, but natural timber grain and casting details may vary.

Wood and resin clocks: size, dial and position
A bespoke wall clock is about more than decorative resin. Dial legibility, scale against the wall and carefully chosen details all matter.
The right scale
A small clock can get lost on a large wall, while an oversized piece may dominate the room. We assess size against its position, viewing distance and nearby furniture.
Timber and resin
Natural grain can be complemented by clear, dark or coloured resin. Each material has its own character, so the finished composition need not reproduce a reference photograph exactly.
Dial and personalisation
Hands, numerals or minimal markers must remain clear against the chosen background. We add names, dates or logos without making the time harder to read.
Check readability at the room’s scale
Your clock is made in Bratislava, but a wall photograph and approximate diameter are enough to begin the conversation. Viewing distance and lighting inform the choice of hands and markers. Hanging and packaging arrangements are specified for the finished design.
